Power of the Vision Board

If a picture is worth a thousand words, than a vision board is worth a million intentions. Radical Skincare co-founder liz Edlich has used the power of the vision board to create a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life not only for herself, but for the amazing people in the Radical Skincare family. Your thoughts shape your actions, and in turn, change the direction of your life. So how do you change your thoughts? By creating a physical picture as a constant reminder of your goals, your aspirations, and the life you want to live.  The best way to do this? Compile images, words and phrases from magazines that embody the kind of life you have always wanted to live, and the life you CAN live. When you've completed your vision board, simply write the date on the back of when you want to achieve your goals, and place it somewhere special in your home.
British beauty blogger Mads About Town shared her Radical experience with Liz and how vision boards have transformed her life!
Here are her top 3 tips to include on your Vision Board:
1) Write clear, defined goals such as career benchmarks, a sum of money and date by which you’d like to achieve all this by.
2) Images that reflect the things about which you’re passionate – as Liz rightly pointed out, you’ll only be able to drum up the energy to overcome hurdles if you’re working on something you really believe in.
3) The word yes. As Conrad Hilton once said, ”success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit.”
